New processor of the Samsung Galaxy A27 promises more performance for everyday use
In terms of performance, the Samsung Galaxy A27 uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 platform from Qualcomm, replacing the chipset used by the previous generation.
The device will be marketed in versions with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage.
Those needing more space can use MicroSD cards to expand the capacity. Additionally, the smartphone offers 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth to meet different usage profiles.
120 Hz AMOLED screen and new look define the generation
Samsung has also revamped the device’s design. The old drop-shaped notch has been replaced by a centered hole to accommodate the front camera, providing a more modern look.
On the back, the camera setup appears integrated into a vertical pill-shaped module.
The Super AMOLED screen is 6.7 inches, Full HD+ resolution, and has a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, offering greater fluidity during navigation, video playback, and gaming.
The device still has an IP64 certification, which ensures protection against dust and water splashes, and will be sold in black, blue, light green, and light pink colors.

Camera set of Samsung Galaxy A27 retains 50 MP main sensor
The photographic system of the Samsung Galaxy A27 consists of three rear cameras. The main one has a 50-megapixel sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS), accompanied by a 5 MP ultrawide lens and a 2 MP macro camera.

On the front, the device features a 12 MP camera. According to Samsung, the sensor has been improved to capture selfies with more natural colors in different lighting conditions.
Battery maintains 5,000 mAh capacity
Another feature that remains a highlight is the 5,000 mAh battery, a capacity already traditional in the Galaxy A line.

The model offers support for 25 W fast charging, aiming to provide greater autonomy for a whole day of use, depending on the usage profile.

The Samsung Galaxy A27 is already available for pre-order on Samsung’s official website in the United States. Sales start on July 14, with a suggested price of $350, approximately R$ 1,822 in direct conversion, without the inclusion of Brazilian taxes.
