The Corolla leaves the factory with a five-year coverage period, which can reach a decade as long as the owner fulfills the periodic maintenance at the dealership network every 12 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first.
The extension is automatically applied after the fifth year, given this maintenance history.
The coverage includes body components, the cooling system, electrical and electronic items, as well as the engine, transmission, and brakes.
Specifically for the hybrid system, the warranty is eight years or 200,000 km, with a possibility of reaching ten years under the same maintenance conditions.
The policy aims to reduce uncertainties about long-term ownership costs and reinforces the proposal of durability of the set.
