The State University of Maranhão (UEMA) has launched the Simplified Selection Process for filling 657 remaining spots in various free in-person undergraduate courses for the first semester of 2025. Candidates will be selected based on their scores from the National High School Exam (ENEM) in the 2023 or 2024 editions.

Who Can Apply?
Candidates who have completed high school and participated in the ENEM 2023 or 2024, with a score of 300 points or higher in the objective tests and a non-zero score in the essay, may apply. Refugees in vulnerable situations can also apply, using their highest score obtained in the ENEM from 2023 onward.
Applications and Timeline
Applications for the free undergraduate courses can be made from February 20 to March 7, 2025, exclusively online, at the site (access here). The application fee is R$ 50.00 and payment can be made until March 10, 2025.
