Requirements and Qualifications: CNH B; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Professional experience in maintenance routines for mobile equipment in mining, civil construction, paving, and earthmoving (Excavators, Bulldozers, Dump Trucks, Drilling Machines, among others); Experience with managing operational teams (electricians, mechanics, welders, etc.); Willingness to travel and availability to reside in Brumado (BA).

Differentiators: Have integrated communication that reaches from the operational audience to the strategic level; Have had the opportunity to build a vertical career, starting in entry-level positions up to assuming roles of greater responsibility.

Main Activities: Supervise all work of the maintenance team, ensuring good performance of the equipment during customer service execution.
