Applications for this year’s TIM Young Apprentice program in 2021 in SP, BH, and PR have already begun. The operator is offering 43 positions for those students seeking job opportunities in the job market during the coronavirus pandemic and inclusion in diversity, meaning that the opportunities for this year’s TIM Young Apprentice positions will be exclusive to women, Black individuals, LGBTQI+, and people with disabilities (PwD).

The positions for the TIM Young Apprentice program are available in the locations of SP, BH, and PR. The program will last for one year and three months; however, there is a possibility of future hiring, as is the case of former apprentice Giovann Martin, who joined the young apprentice program at the company at 17 years old and has been employed since 2017 in the position of Technical Safety Planning.

- Completed or ongoing high school or technical education;
- Age between 16 and 23 years;
- Availability to work for 6 hours;
- Not working as a Young Apprentice at another company and not having previously worked as a young apprentice at TIM;
- Reside in SP, BH, or PR.

How Will the Selection Process Work?
Applications to participate in the TIM Young Apprentice Program in SP, BH, and PR will be made through the TIM Careers site. After applying for the positions, participants will go through four stages of the process. They will be:
- Portuguese and math tests;
- Essay;
- Group dynamics;
- Interview with managers.
