Among the companies involved are Embraer, Speedbird, Ael Sistemas, Mira Aerospace, and Akae, which have expressed interest in being part of this ecosystem.
Furthermore, the park’s implementation will focus on training skilled labor, aiming to meet the demands of companies and stimulate the creation of new businesses. Schedule and Authorities Involved in the Development of the Park
According to the proposed schedule, the first phase of the Aerospace Technology Park of Bahia will be completed in the first quarter of 2025. This includes renovations of 11 existing buildings, as well as the installation of two hangars and the renovation of an already existing hangar; the park is in the process of implementation. It is expected that new buildings will be finished by 2026, with the park’s operation commencing in the first quarter of 2025.
The launch ceremony of the Aerospace Technology Park of Bahia was attended by various authorities, including ministers, senators, the governor, presidents of CNI and FIEB, as well as Bahia mayors, reinforcing the importance and prestige of this visionary and transformative project for the development of the region and the country.
