The set of four oil field concessions for sale by the state-owned company are integrated facilities, collectively referred to as the Capixaba Northern Pole, located in the state of Espírito Santo.
“Qualified potential buyers for this phase will receive an invitation letter with detailed instructions about the divestment process, including guidelines for conducting due diligence and for submitting binding proposals” said Petrobras in the statement.

Petrobras on the Capixaba Northern Pole
The Capixaba Northern Pole owned by Petrobras includes the fields of Cancã, Fazenda Alegre, Fazenda São Rafael, and Fazenda Santa Luzia.
All production facilities within the ring fence of the concessions are also part of the Pole, as well as the ownership of some land.
In August 2020, the average production of the Capixaba Northern Pole was 7,300 barrels of oil per day and 60,000 m3/day of gas.
Petrobras is the operator of the oil fields, with a 100% stake.
