SESI Robotics Tournament Will Feature Works by Pablo Picasso, Tarsila do Amaral, and Maranhão Artists Such as Péricles Rocha and Marlene Barros
The SESI Robotics Tournament, taking place this weekend at the Multicenter for Business and Events, themed around all forms of art associated with industry, will include a visual arts exhibition featuring renowned Maranhão artists and a piece by painter Pablo Picasso, dated 1950.

The piece, created using the screen printing technique on fabric measuring 88cm x 84cm, from the series titled ‘Tauromaquia’, was restored by the National Museum of Fine Arts (MNBA) and is part of the Assis Chateaubriand Collection of Maranhão, housed in the Maranhão Historical and Artistic Museum (MHAM).
Renowned Maranhão artists such as Péricles Rocha, known for his unique strokes and use of warm colors, will be featured in the tournament’s art exhibition. Open Innovation: Colatina Will Host the Second Edition of Innovation Program
As a pioneer in open innovation in the interior of Espírito Santo, Inovalab Colatina has generated positive results and is preparing for its second edition. Together with major companies in the Northern Region of the State, the program will propose innovation challenges for startups, entrepreneurs, researchers, and/or students to present innovative solutions.
The launch will take place on January 18th (Thursday) at 5 PM in the auditorium of Senai Colatina. The Inovalab Colatina 2 program is a partnership between Findeslab and the Municipality of Colatina, supported by the Capixaba Mobilization for Innovation (MCI).
‘Of the eight companies, four have already participated in the first edition and generated success cases, so they have invested again and are with us in this second edition. The goal of the program is precisely this: to promote open innovation and industrial entrepreneurship in the interior of the State. Throughout the program process, we have seen the great capacity for innovation that the region has, and we want it to grow even more’, points out Bianca Souza, Innovation Manager at Findeslab.

First College of Renewable Energies and Industrial Technologies
SENAI of Rio Grande do Norte announces the official launch of FAETI – the first College of Renewable Energies and Industrial Technologies in Brazil on January 15th. The presentation ceremony will be held at 8 AM at the SENAI-RN Innovation and Technology Hub in Natal, during a breakfast for invited guests.
At the event, first-hand information about opportunities for admission of students, number of vacancies, date for the start of classes, and selection process for hiring teachers will be presented.
The program will include presentations, a press conference, and a lecture. The event will feature the regional director of SENAI-RN and the College, Rodrigo Mello, the president of the Federation of Industries of Rio Grande do Norte (FIERN) and of the Regional Council of SENAI-RN, Roberto Serquiz, and the vice-president of the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), former president of FIERN, and idealizer of FAETI, Amaro Sales de Araújo.
